Q:How do I measure my frames?
A:On each product page, the frame measurements are listed as four numbers. The first number refers to the width of one lens in millimeters, the second number to the width of the nose bridge, the third to the length of one of the temple arms, the fourth is lens height. Most glasses (including all Tortoise & Blonde frames) have these numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Q:Where can I get my Tortoise & Blonde frames adjusted?
A:If your frames don’t fit you perfectly, our skilled opticians would be happy to adjust your frames our stores. If you’re not in the area, most optical shops will make minor adjustments for free or a small fee. Please note that opticians will sometimes heat your frames to make them more malleable for adjusting. Directly heating the lenses can cause them to crack or bubble.
